At MoveCamp we are dedicated to helping people lead healthier, more active lives. This summer 2020 we will be offering a free 13-week virtual summer fitness series across Canada. So tell your friends and family to join us in these different cities and let’s move together outdoors at Canadian landmarks.
Movecamp was founded 5 years ago in Ottawa and since then have been offering free fitness activities at Parliament Hill, Ottawa City Hall, Toronto City Hall, and Montreal’s Rutherford Field at McGill University.
After five successful years of providing free fitness classes at Canada’s Parliament Hill we are excited to announce this online virtual series and expanding more locations and dates across Canada. “It’s not about how hard you push or how much you sweat, but about listening to your body and taking care of yourself. In many cases, less is more,” says MoveCamp founder Mia St-Aubin.
