At MoveCamp we are dedicated to helping people lead healthier, more active lives. Every summer we offer a free weekly virtual summer fitness series across Canada. In the winter we move to a monthly schedule. Right now we are virtual but we can’t wait for the days when we can get back outside and move together at Canadian landmarks.
Movecamp was founded in Ottawa in 2015 and since then have been offering free fitness activities at Parliament Hill, Ottawa City Hall, Toronto City Hall, and Montreal’s Rutherford Field at McGill University.
After many years of providing free fitness classes at Canada’s Parliament Hill we love connecting Canadians coast to coast to coast with our online virtual series and expanding more locations and dates across Canada. Everyone is welcome at Movecamp events. No matter what your fitness level is we are here to support you.
