MoveCo Fitness MashUp in Celebration of National Health and Fitness Day 

You are invited for a free workout and community event to celebrate National Health and Fitness Day at Parliament Hill. 

This is a family-friendly event. 

When: Saturday, June 4, 2022

Time: 10am workout. 11am cooldown and refreshments. Event ends at 12 noon.

EVENT DETAILS

Get moving with Canada's top fitness coaches as they lead you through a fun, high energy workout.

After the workout cool down with us, enjoy some prizes and giveaways and music entertainment by DJ Flash Prime. 

Complimentary healthy snacks provided by Iron Vegan and Natural Food Pantry. 

Open to the public. Families are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Participants should wear comfortable gym clothes and running shoes.

You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. Pre-registration required.
