Get your zon on with this calming, grounding, insightful mindfulness series. Join our coaches across Canada as they get you to tune into your body from the inside out. Different from our typical MoveCamp movement sessions, this series is all about tuning in and tuning out. Complete with meditation classes and more.
Complimentary event open to everyone. Families are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants should wear comfortable gym clothes and running shoes.
Open to the public.You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. Pre-registration required.
