To help lead MoveCamp workouts throughout our monthly winter series from October to April and our weekly summer series from June to August. We also have an end of year conference MoveCon and other social media events that you can take part in throughout the year.
Coaches give their availability for the season and will be scheduled to coach a portion of one or more workouts (i.e: warm up, circuit 1, circuit 2, cool down, or finisher etc..). The schedule and workouts are made up at the beginning of a season and scheduled coaches review the workout before leading their part. Certain parts of the workout allow trainers to be highlighted and show their own personal style of training.
MoveCamp is a non for profit organization that provides free workouts to Canadians. Our coaches volunteer their time and we provide opportunities to highlight their businesses.
