Join us for a family friendly fitness mashup being led by your favourite MoveCamp instructors and dozens of amazing fitness coaches from across Canada!

Move with your families, your bestie, your neighbour all online. It’s going to be a blast!

 

The MoveCo Fitness MashUp is about getting people moving and having fun at the same time. We create an inclusive environment where no matter your fitness or skill level you have a place to move your body free from judgement.

 

Our events are open to all ages and we encourage everyone to attend as we provide options for every fitness levels. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and running shoes and use a water bottle and exercise mat.

All advance registration ticket holders will receive an amazing virtual swag bag from our partners.
