Our mission is to make fitness and exercise accessible to the citizens of Ottawa, to make creating a healthy, active lifestyle simple and to encourage communities to stop dieting. This 45 minute upbeat, bodyweight workout is designed for every age and stage in life! We cater to all fitness levels and encourage everyone to come out for an awesome summer workout series on the hill.
While the primary goal of MOVECAMP is making fitness and exercise accessible to the citizens of Ottawa, we also understand the importance and power of knowledge and education. Our MOVE-CON pre and post season conferences as well as our city wide lunch and learn sessions powerful information packed sessions are designed to give you the tools needed to make healthy living apart of your everyday life.
This is not something for the “ultra-fit”, although those individuals are definitely welcome. MOVECAMP is for all ages and fitness levels, this is more about building a community of like-minded people who want to be present with their bodies throughout their health and fitness journeys and who want to make fitness apart of their daily routine. Whether you’re 9 or 90, we invite you to join us!
